I marked an order as complete on 2nd November 2022. It shows as completed on my completed orders page. However, on my Star Seller page it says ‘not dispatched on time’ and no information for marked as complete. It will affect my Star Seller Status for February unless it’s corrected. Please can you help?

you should have put the same tracking number in the other one you marked as complete
you have to, it's a requirement for star seller, etsy has no idea you put two items in one envelope.
Etsy isn't going to do anything about it, they are fairly adamant they don't change the stats.
And this one, was your error
Just hope they don't file a "not received" case

Did you put the tracking number in, at the time you marked it as dispatched?
and did you have delivery days set (some older listings don't have them)?
Thank you for replying - no I didn't add a tracking number. What happened was that one person ordered two items to the same address but separately. I printed one Etsy postage label for one item and put both items in that envelope, marking the other as complete. They dispatched at the correct time. My Etsy completed orders page shows it as 'marked as complete' but not on my star seller information, so it's an error on their part. I'll have to try the support team (admittedly thought this was them). Thanks again.
