Star Seller

After 2 months of incorrect answering questions percentage. 

I get my Star seller badge back and within 2 days my reply percentage drops 1 %.

I have replied to all questions well within the time allotted in the last 2 days so how is this possible ?. 

The system is seriously at fault.

I despair at this farce.

Anyone else have this problem ?

I do not need to download Questions as I know all were answered promptly.

Because at the start of a new month, one month's data drops off as it's a rolling calculation.  It's been that way since the start.

I lost 2% on shipping, because for the first time ever, I forgot to mark something as shipped and completed the sale a day late. It is what it is.

That's the only way you'd be able to see what Etsy was counting against you.

if you download the csv, you will see which one/s etsy thinks were late, so you may be able to work out why

....

for the star seller for november, the info was taken from 3 whole months - august, sept, and oct

for what is being calculated for December,

all of August is dropped off, so you have sept, oct, and nov-to-date, percentages are bound to change, as nov is only a couple of days, and you've dropped a month

a whole months of messages drops off on each new calculation

on 1st January, for the next calculation,

ALL of Octobers messages go from the calculation,
then you only get the few new messages for January-to-date

so if you have messages you did not answer in time, in Nov or Dec, your %age will drop at the beginning of the month, and should pick up towards the end of the month, as you get new messages.
