I had several orders today. All of them have the same dispatch date , except one. My dispatch date is 1-2 days. Most of the orders show give me two days to send out, except one order- it gives me one day to send out. What do you think is the reason?
Not sure if the different time zones would affect your orders but they tend to in Europe. For example orders from last night show a 12th Jan order date on the order form but show up as an order for today the 13th Jan in the dashboard.
I have been studying this for a long time. Etsy does calculate the dispatch dates according to their time (New York EST) although sometimes it glitches, especially on the weekends. It usually corrects itself the next day.
@LittleLightCardCo: We often see that time zone conversions cause problems - especially with late in the day orders where in eastern time it is "tomorrow" but for us it is "today"; many times that "tomorrow" order has an earlier ship by date than an order placed five minutes earlier before the day change.
