Trying to print Etsy labels, the drop down menu on package type eg large letter/small parcel isn’t working.
Which means nothing happens and I can’t proceed. Anyone else having this problem?

Try refreshing the page. REboot computer. Try a different browser.
If none work, it may be an Etsy issue.

i am having the same issue and have been chatting with tech support for etsy for ages now....they are trying to help but seem to think i am not very bright lol
