Discount Prices Not Showing on Desktop (But Showing on Mobile) !

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something I’ve noticed and see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.When I run a sale on my shop, the discounted prices show correctly on the mobile site/app, but on the desktop site, the discount doesn’t appear, only the regular price shows.I tested this by switching to different countries, and the issue was still the same: discounts are visible on mobile but not on desktop.This could be confusing for customers browsing on a computer, since they might never see that a sale is happening.I recommend checking your listings on both mobile and desktop (and in different countries, if you can) to make sure your discounts are actually showing up.Is anyone else having this problem? If yes, did you find a fix or is this just a glitch on Etsy’s side ?!

Looks like your sale requires a minimum purchase - not sure if it's a quantity or dollar amount.

I set up 10% discounts on single items for Canada, Australia, Germany, and France. On the mobile site/app, the discounted prices show correctly. But on the desktop site, only the regular prices appear, no sign of the discount.

at the bottom of the page, if I set my region to Canada & CDN$ I see the 10% discount on the listings now.

The minimum purchase 25% off are separate discounts though. X
