Dimensions not showing in highlights on phone view

I sell antique maps and engravings matted mainly to standard frame sizes. The size is important to customers when buying, so every one of my listings has the dimensions in Highlights.  This shows clearly above the description when viewed on a laptop or pc. I have been puzzled about the number of enquiries I get asking about dimensions and had put it down to customers not bothering to read below the title. When I replied to someone this weekend who assured me she could not see the dimensions I went on my phone to screen shot and send her the image and discovered only 3 highlights were shown and the fourth one down - dimensions - could not be seen. Why is such an important piece of information missing to people who use their phones for buying? Is there any way this can be changed or am I missing something?

@HowitusedtobeUK: When you say "phone view" do you mean one of the apps and / or a mobile browser?

Mobile browser. If I search for an item (as a customer not as a seller) it comes up with Item Details under the photo. Clicking on that brings up Highlights - Handpicked, Vintage, Materials followed by Learn More About This Item. If I do the same on the laptop under highlights I get Handpicked, Vintage, Materials, Dimensions and then Learn More About This Item.
