Digital files are now incorrectly offered in Dutch instead of just English in the title.

Good evening. I have been selling digital pattern files exclusively in English since 2018. And today a customer from the Netherlands wrote to me to say that my titles show Dutch as the pdf language for 3 out of 4 purchased patterns. I can also see it on the screenshots she sent me. When I look myself it says pdf English.
Do any of you have an explanation for this? My shop language is German. I would be grateful for any ideas or help.

Another seller reported that Etsy was incorrectly changing the name of the product's language, about a month ago.

I just compared one of your listings with my buyer language set to English and also set to French.

It looks like "English" in the title is translating correctly to "Anglais". 

They are still sometimes translating the word "English" in the description into the name of the buyer's language "Francais", instead of the name for "English" in the buyer's language, but not every time.

This is crazy.
