I can’t access the billing tab. I have contacted Etsy via email yet I have revived no response. I’ve been having this issue for a week and I cannot take it cancel orders.
Have you tried clearing you cache and Cookies? If you are using the app, try using the browser to log in on your computer, tablet or phone to access your dashboard. (also try different browsers)
