Buyers help request was delayed
My star seller rating has been affected for a message that Etsy is saying was sent at one time but I have proof that it was not received until later. I provided that proof in chat with support but they said they can’t help me. This is so unfair.

Etsy Support does not have the Tools or Authority tomake changes to SSP. It haveoperated like this since Day 1
"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum"

you need to go to messages in a browser, directly on etsy, do not rely on your e-mail provider to deliver them to you on time.
