Got the email Etsy needs us to verify our information in 7 days or they shut down our shop.
All info was current. But there was a red warning about uploading an ID. Clicked that link and it took me to our show with a green "Verified" for our ID.
When you go to upload a new ID (guessing that is what Etsy wants) it shows our business name as the Legal Entity BUT IT REQUIRES THE PERSONAL GOVERNMENT ID TO SHOW THAT NAME AND NOT YOUR PERSONAL NAME. This is IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm told by Etsy Chat you have to upload your driver's license, wait for that to fail and they they reach out to you telling you what else to upload. Has that been the case with anyone else?
Another chat rep said upload a personal ID AND a business document. BUT YOU CAN'T UPLOAD A BIZ DOC AND SPECIFY THAT FROM THE REQUIRED DROP DOWN DOC TYPES.
So when I uploaded my driver's license (the same one I uploaded before they verified) they rejected it and suspended my store.
So I can't upload a personal ID doc with my business name and Etsy rejected my same driver's license.
Anyone solved this problem?

@FinePhotoGraphics: Under most laws, a business AND a 'responsible' person must both be verified. The suggestion has been made to combine your business and personal identification into a single document and upload that.
