I could really use some immediate help please! I am a brand new Etsy shop and I have many digital products for sale including photo restoration. A customer messaged me saying that she wants to purchase six photo restorations, but she can only add a one to her cart. How can I make it so that Etsy customers can add more than one digital product/file/purchase of the same digital item to their cart? I would greatly appreciate any insight into this.
I have tried to reach out to Etsy, but I have no idea how to reach a live person.
