Variations won’t save

I’m trying to add a variation to my listing. I’ve tried doing it twice and it keeps saying it can’t save and that if it keeps happening to report to Etsy. 
I just updated the app and this is the first time I’m having this issue so it’s clearly due to the newest update.

I also have this issue a lot. I used to be able to go to my laptop and do it there and it work fine. However, today, neither the phone app or the laptop are working....frustrating to say the least. Hopefully they can figure out this issue. I have reported the bug and did the error message.

Hello did either of you figure out the issue? I just started yesterday opening my shop and already I’m having this issue which is quite frustrating

It works sometimes by switching from your phone to your laptop. I submitted a ticket and got the generic responses. They recommend deleting an redownloading the app.

I’m having the same issue. Tried two different browsers… tried on a new listing, and also tried editing an existing listing.  Will not save.

I’ve been having the same issue. Both of my iOS devices are doing it and I have to switch to my Samsung device to fix it. Very frustrating
