Digital Download Server issues - Oct 4th

Hi, 

Is anyone having an issue with Digital Download Server? 

I got two customers complaining they cannot download their digital download purchase.  I checked both customers and they are legit. One customer says she couldn't even message me via Etsy. So she found my email address and sent me a message via email.

This is the first time I got this issue and trying to contact Etsy but they make it impossible to contact the support. (There is no option to contact them anywhere). 

I need them fix the server asap otherwise I will get bad review soon or later. Can someone let me know where to contact please?

Several of my buyers have had problems recently trying to download through the link in the Etsy emailed receipt.
I told them to try logging in to their Etsy account, then go to their purchases. Most were able to download from there.

Make sure they know that using the App does not work. They must use a browser. 

If none of that works, I just email the patterns.

There are technical glitches sometimes and you just handle them as they happen.  Etsy is probably aware of any issues, so just focus on getting the documents to the buyers whatever way you can.  You can send them by email and they can also be attached to convos.
