I noticed that I haven't received the badge for quick replies, even though I’ve achieved a 98% response rate.
Could you please look into this for me? I would really appreciate your help.

No one will look into this for you, as Etsy is not here - We are only other sellers.
Make sure you are looking at the LAST period's numbers, not THIS period's numbers.
You can download the information and see which one you missed.
Note also that you are missing the Shipping badge.

@JenOezer: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
Is the 98% what it shows on the 'Previous Review Period' tab (the stats which were used for the April 1st Star and badges)?
Strange, who can I contact about this? The Etsy Help page directed me to this forum. And yes, I did review the data from the January–March period. The missing shipping badge is correct, but the other one shouldn’t be missing.
@JenOezer Have you downloaded the messages csv file for the previous period? That will tell you which messages Etsy thinks were not answered within 24 hrs.
