I have a 100% Message Response Rate, a 4.9 Average rating, and 100% on time shipping and tracking but for some reason I did not get the Star seller badge for June. What can I do about this?
You’re missing the messages badge so look at the previous period stats, not the current, and see what your response rate was. Download the CSV for that period to see what you missed.
You need to look at the Previous Period tab, not the current one. Stats for the June badge (just awarded) were based on Mar, Apr and May and were calculated on the 1st of the month, and then archived to the Previous Period tab. The stats in your Current Period tab are your progress toward the July badge which is for Apr, May, June. You probably had some sales in March that have now dropped off and this may have affected your score.
