the chat bot no longer connects me to an agent. after i click, "Chat with agent," i get the standard:
"Let me connect you with a customer support agent. Please share more about what they can help with."
after i share my issue, nothing happens. i have tried multiple times. on other occasions, the chat doesn't even respond to anything i type in (not even the bot appears).
this is the fourth day i am seeking support. i urgently need to reach support
