Detected a suspicious login - Your Etsy account is currently suspended

Starting 10th May 2024 I can't login to my account and get following message on login attempt:

I reached out to support immediately and also requested a call back and I have now been advised that ETSY have temporarily limited access to your my account (Shop UniqHandicraftLondon) because we've detected a suspicious login. It's been over 24 hours, I have few orders to fulfil but can't reply back and can't even complete these order. It's just not acceptable service from ETSY

Someone from ETSY Trust and Safety team had contacted me and I have provided all the information (Ticket 16344580) and somehow this ticket has now been closed so not sure what is the reply they have sent and I did not receive anything in my email.

I have tried all the options emails, support ticket, chat and call back but it is not going anywhere.

Can someone from support or admin please unblock me so I can proceed with my shop?

They will not reply to you in the forums. You must contact them from your shop dashboard.

Are you talking about another shop?  This one appears to be open with 4 listings and you have received no sales in it.  If it's this shop, it appears to be okay.

Yes this is my spare account (Using it as I do not have access to my suspended shop) which I am using it as my main shop has been suspended which is "UniqHandicraftLondon"

There is no shop named

UniqHandicraftLondon on Etsy.

You need to publically declare if you have multiple Etsy shops and accounts somewhere in your shop/accounts;  the About shop section, announcements, profile, or even faqs.
