Design Awards 'Next' button

Hi Everyone,

I have filled out the form for the Design Awards 5 times! I can not get the "next' button to move me forward to enter the form. It does not 'click' or change the page. What do I need to do to enter the form?

I have filled this out multiple times and gotten past other errors like item is not from this shop.
I get to the 2nd page of the application and  it says to pick the photos of the item and I can't

Hi folks, thank you both for your reports. I have a couple of follow up questions:

@TexasArtByMerri Can you confirm the browser you are using to submit the entries? 

@glamasaurus Shop names are case sensitive on this form, so please ensure you are entering your shop name exactly as it appears at the top of your shop home. Can you also confirm which browser you are using?

Hi Regina, Thanks for helping. I'm having the same issue, not able to upload the "me" photo. My phone is frozen on that item, can't access "Next" button either.

I'm trying to submit a listing for the awards competition and an error on the form is telling me that I need a minimum of 5 listings. I have 34 active listings in my shop. 

I have tried using different browsers but the error is still happening. I am copying the shop url directly so there is no issue with case sensitivity.

@Ladylveagh: To complete the entry, make sure you're definitely signed in to your Etsy shop. I had a similar challenge a few days ago. My original entry didn't go through. So, I started fresh, making sure I was signed in to my shop on the phone app. Since I needed to upload a photo from there anyway.

I have the same issue. when I go to second page, it asks me to enter 3 pictures but there's no option in either pages to do so.

@parsi, If you're using the app, do you have the photos saved on your phone?

On the form, once you enter your item url and number, the photos should be available. All of your listing's photos will show up. Click on the three that best represent your item.

Having the same issue as well with hitting "next" and not having a way to submit my photos. I'm signed in to my shop, and I'm using firefox on a desktop computer.

Never mind, I tried using Chrome, and it worked.
