Of course they know it already, they are just making sure you are who you say you are
They should know it there was a glitch or not and fix it.
I have the same issue...says funds should have deposited yesterday the 20th but funds are still there with the same "scheduled to deposit on the 20th" message.
Yes same here, i haven't contacted them this time.
It's happened to me in my last 2 deposits.
I have been paying myself on Fridays and it never goes through until Monday so I receive the money Tuesday.
