ETSY Total Lack of Support

Almost entire week, of kindda of being down on Etsy. My profile is live... I guess, but my "store", profile, nor any of my listing appear by searching for...

I have been a member since 2018, and spent all of last week creating and posting brand new listings in the marketplace. I have provided updates to all personal and tax information.

Have contact Etsy via "chat", received an email response, but no further communications have been received or technical solutions been completed.

I have via chat... extremely hard to find, might I add. Almost one week... no resolution!

Look for alternatives if chat is not present.  It is not always available.

Indexing may not be something the chat people can do (it's an outsourced call center). Open a ticket. through dashboard>community & help>contact us
