Deposit being returned while my bank was verified

I should be receiving my first deposit on 6th january, etsy confirm on that day that the money is on the way and it should take 3-5 days. but today i reconfirm with them that they just tried to send it on 10 january and they said there is a problem with my bank account. my bank account was verified a month ago, i receive the verification already. how can it be the problem with my bank? how come they said they sent it on 6th january but today they just told me they tried to send it again on 10 january. this is very frustating since its my first deposit and i cannot receive them. and there is a big sum of capital thats been hold to make the products and etsy stop replying me
