Deposit Date frozen March 10 - Etsy Support/Help, please refresh & reset

I am starting a thread for all the peeps whose Deposit Date is stuck on March 10- if this applies to you please say so.

Requesting Etsy technical support to please refresh & reset our Deposit / Disbursement dates so that we can get paid.

I have this issue with two of my shops: Brizel Buttons and Brizel Buttons 2

I'm usually set for Weekly deposits but decided to Request it Now on Friday March 10th.

As of today, March 13th I am now set for Daily payments.

Mine is stuck. I have my auto payments scheduled for weekly

If not, try resetting frequency to Daily. Keep us posted and let us know.

looks like payments went out..not sure when they'll hit my bank though. Hope its not 3-5 days .. really need the money

i reset to daily too and a hour later, the deposit cleared etsy so you might be onto something

Mine says march 10th too.. what can we do?

I just tried an idea... I reset the frequency of deposit (from Weekly to Daily) in the hopes that it might have reset the deposit date but it didn't. The frequency, however, was reset to Daily and I will keep it that way until this situation is resolved.

I thought of that, if it doesn't change bt tonight I will  change to daily basis also. I saw a message on etsys help page .  It says we have started processing  back payments and should see that in a few hours. I hope so. This is so scary. We all depend on this money. Is there a customer service number for etsy? . I have tried the chat, they know nothing.  Can't get any help there

I did call their CS team and posted about it in one of the convo threads in Finances. They know nothing and could not do anything for me.

Yes, mine is stuck on March 10th has well. I have it set for daily deposits.

Mine is stuck on March 10th also and previously was set for bi weekly. I did change it to daily in the payment schedule but, nothing has changed on my deposit date. It still says Scheduled for March 10 and I cannot adjust it. This is BEYOND frustrating and scary.

Mine is also stuck on March 10th on my Payment Account page, but I changed my deposit schedule today from weekly to daily and it shows (Every day-next on March 14, 2023) on my Payment Settings page. So, I'm thinking tomorrow possibly now?!

Ok so mine was stuck at March 10th this whole time. They just processed my deposit. My account balance is zero. So don't worry guys you will get your money soon!

Me too, I was really worried,  it may not seem like a big deal to some people  but to us here it is huge!

Listen up!

To those of you set up for Weekly but didnt get your payment yet... or for those of you whose deposit date is stuck on March 10th... PLEASE GO RESET YOUR FREQUENCY TO DAILY.

5-10 minutes later, I got the deposit email!

It may be a coincidence but if it isnt then this may be a work-around for you as well.
