I received an order from someone in France. I was just attempting to print the shipping label and the truck icon was grayed out and a message popped up "currently unable to purchase labels for this address".
I have never had this happen before. I tried to figure out how to contact Etsy directly but that seems like an impossible task. Has someone else had a situation like this? If I can't figure it out I will have no choice but to cancel the order if I am unable to print a shipping label.
