Hello ! 

I send a jewelry in USA and i checked  the shipping status with the track number in USPS .

A Note left in the buyer .I send messages to inform her about the package .

I didnt have any answer  and she didnt pick up the parcel . If she doesnt take it ,the package will return to me . The jewelry is made to order.

Any help what should i do ? This is the first time happens to me .

If you sent an email and an Etsy message then there is nothing else you can do.

Should i return her money ? My jewelry are made to  order and i dont accept returns

Don't refund until the package comes back to you. Make to order? Is it something you can resell in your shop?

Yes is made to order  ,it is a ring . i make different size for every customer . And i am in Europe . It is an export , not a simple  case

You are in the EU, made to order is just you making a ring to the sizes you offer,

it is not considered custom made, where someone will ask for something you don't normally sell, and you create a custom or der for them.

When it arrives back, you have to refiund in full, including original shipping

Thank you so much  ! the problem is  if the buyers ignore to pick up the products or  they are doing in purpose why to have a full refund ? The shipping must be exclude .

OP, did you require signature of buyer for delivery of the jewelry? If the buyer works and can't visit the postoffice during work hours, she may not pick up the purchase. Normally, in the USA, the postal worker will leave a note in the mailbox that a signature is required and the item is available at the postoffice. Keep sending an email with a deadline to your buyer so she can realize the jewelry is available. 

Generally, after about two weeks, the package will be returned to the sender but that may take weeks.

Thank you so much ,I ll send her again message with the date of the deadline . I dont understand why she doesnt  answer me.
