In checking SS stats I was shocked to see that my last several orders are still marked "Pre Transit". Etsy is telling me there is no tracking, but they ALL have tracking, and are showing delivered.
I know this has been discussed before. How does one get this corrected??
Are you buying your labels from Etsy? If not, then you need to insert the tracking number into your order yourself.
This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and there are already multiple threads about it. It seems it doesn’t matter where you’re buying labels. Etsy integration with USPS is broken. They’re aware of the problem, but to date haven’t done anything to permanently correct it. I had luck going through chat to rectify tracking on one shipment, but not everyone has had the same luck with chat. Sometimes they fix it, sometimes, they claim they can’t.
This is an ongoing bug that etsy is hopefully working on. All of my orders have been shipped on time since I opened 10+ years ago but right now I have 13 orders that "don't have tracking info" when they actually do. They are just showing pre-transit, even though the bulk have been delivered. Hopefully they will fix soon!
Thx for answers. My experience with chat is not good. They do not seem to have ability to rectify problems.
There goes my SS status (in it every month since inception). This shows how much it is worth! lol
