Deleting a Production Partner

I've had one production partner for one product. It was a book written by her about me. That item is now gone from my shop and I want to remove her as a production partner. When I try to do this, Etsy says she is connected to two of my listings and so she can't be removed. She was only ever part of the book listing so I thought I must have made a mistake and checked her box accidentally for a couple of listings. But I just went through every listing and none shows her as a production partner. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? It's not a big deal but she's showing on my site as a partner and I don't still have one.

You could contact Customer service.  I don't think it really hurts you to have this production partner, since she's just an author, not involved with the jewellery.

Did you check your draft, inactive and sold out listings? I wonder if those need to be deleted as well, or if they're even able to be deleted.

That's a good thought. I have no drafts or inactive listings. I checked the book sales and the product itself isn't still available there so I doubt that's affecting the situation. But thanks for thinking of that and for reaching out.
