In the area that we go to when we create a shipping label with Etsy labels there is a section for the Note to Buyer. I have had a standard message saved as a snippet for years. In the past week it intermittently disappears and when I fill it in with a new message and click on "Save new snippet" it won't save. Then the next day it randomly re-appears. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks!
