On a etsy search there are over 1700 items being returned on a search which is mostly due to misuse of SEOs and Tags by other sellers so sales would be very limited due to that fact,but the bright side is you hold the #1 spot in a goggle search..
It still has the bestseller tag, so you're still selling more of these than anyone else. There are two similar items showing on your listings that cost less ($12.99 and $8.99, both with free shipping,) so yours is still unique enough to sell more than those.
Your item may be frequency-capped for certain phrases due to a large number of sales.
Everybody sees different items come up in search. Your item comes up on page one for me, but there are something like 2,000 results for love capsule. If competition is greatly increased it will affect your numbers.
Tons more competition this year than the last two. There are over 225,000 results for "Valentine's day gifts for him."
Remember that each set of search results is different - for each person and even for each device.
