Hello guys, is anyone else seeing their star seller message score at 0% when they have responded to all messages within 24 hours? My message score hasn't changed at all since i started selling on etsy and it is upsetting because i have replied to all of my messages in a timely manner except for one, when i first started, which i missed because i was on vacation. Since then i have been on top of all my messages and my score still hasnt changed at all.
@MearaCandleCo: If you look at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page, it will show you all of the (FIRST message of) NEW THREADS that count for your Star Seller percentage during that three month period. Remember that the CSV file is in UTC not your time zone.
SSP Statistics begin to count 90 days after the date of the first Order, not when you opened your Shop. Your first Review is in December, so it looks like you have not yet passed that 90 day mark.
