Dear Etsy:I have reviews that I need to do but it won't let me.

I buy and I have a shop. For some reason, I need to do 3 international reviews but when I go to the item I purchased, I cannot do a review. Please Etsy fix this problem.

The review window opens on the expected date of delivery. Go to the purchase and it will tell you when you can leave a review.

@MeAndAmelieDesign I’m having the same issue, the date of window opening was 26th July….

I had to do a chat with Etsy because I couldn't leave a review. It still said in transit long after the delivery date.

After a few minutes they did something and told me to try to leave a review and it worked!

It is another one of Etsy's glitches and has been happening for a few months now.  The review window does not always open when it says it does and if so I don't think it will open ever unless you contact Etsy by "chat" if possible.  They will open the review window for you and then it will work.  It happened to me a while ago.
