Cannot create labels for Australia or Canada

I have a customer that wants to order from me but the website will not let her estimate and pay for shipping to Canada. It will estimate any other country except Australia and Canada. I am not sure why because I have shipped to Canada multiple times in the past. Please help me my customer is getting frustrated. Thanks

Is it the barn door gate? Not all wood can be shipped internationally.

You could always use the USPS site to estimate shipping.

Hi!  I'm running into the same issue with my shop.  For the past few days, none of my Canadian customers are able to check out.

Australia wont let you import the wood.  In the past if you attempt to buy wood based products from Amazon they would block the order.  Alternatively, the US post is still not shipping to Australia
