I recently have a couple listings that were deactivated for violating Etsy creativity policy. I have started tickets and no one can ever answer why but they just say refer to emails that just list the general reasons of creativity policy violation and there are no specifics and nothing can be done. I have read the policy and have followed it carefully. I designed the furniture, I listed a production partner, and use my own photographs professionally made. I even have USA patents on my designs. I relist the pieces with different images and still it got deactivated. There is NO good reason to delist them and I think it is a TRUE error. OR is that there is another website that sells my items? Is this the reason? Does Etsy want exclusivity? Why not just state this or admit your "Bot" is in error. I feel like a victim of some errant algorithm. Now that there were a couple of them, they took away my seller badges. I guess next they will just suspend my account and no one seems to care. It is truly frustrating and terrible for business - mine and yours...

I image searched just 3 of your listings and found them on 2 different sites using the same photos as yours. They are ''reselling'' those items, however, your name, Modwerks, is credited on their listings, but in small letters that can easily be missed. Perhaps Etsy missed seeing ''by Modwerks'' and assumed you were the reseller?
Are you aware of those 2 other sites?
As far as I'm aware Etsy only check sites such as AliExpress, Shein and Temu but if they find your photos being used there they assume (often wrongly) that YOU are the reseller.
You will need to do a search and get any copy-cats taken down. Then let Etsy know via the help center. They don't make it easy, do they!? Sorry this is happening to you.
This is happening to me as well. I cannot get in touch with anyone. My shop says it’s on its last warning as well before I cannot sell. I have sold on Etsy 3 years and have put all my effort into this shop. I’m honestly scared of what happens next.
Do NOT relist,
etsy has flagged that listing, if you keep doing it, they will shut your shop,
you have to appeal to etsy to get it re-instated, so they can also un-flag it
