Encoding problem on vouchers and gift messages

Apparently the problem has still not been seen because it has persisted since the last 2 updates of the presentation changes of the vouchers with gift message. All the accents, apostrophes etc have the encoding that is screwed up beautifully.
Etsy has seen it and is on the case?

Info: My shop is in French. I imagine that the problem is present for at least all Latin languages

@ReveDePapier: Yes, the encoding issue also affects English. We have seen the same thing, but inconsistently. Not sure what they are doing on the back end because it should display properly as HTML on the screen even if it does not print correctly.

This is a very classic in web development, encoding (between the encoding of the text editor, then in the database and the display when it is reused). It is really something that is quickly debugged if it has been omitted. They seem to have a very bad process for controlling dev updates. especially in 2024.

In addition, they clearly do not follow the bug reports because even today I correct by hand (I save in pdf and use ADOBE PDF CREATOR to edit the lousy text). In short, a waste of time! Very poor quality of service (especially since the bug is apparent following an update of the LOOK of the vouchers in "gift mode").
Frankly, as long as the essentials of the service are honored, the look is largely secondary. I have the impression that for a look, we have sacrificed the essential minimum features.
