Data re. Star Seller Badge for October

Hello,

I was so pleased to be qualifying for my next Star Seller Badge in October but I now see that Etsy says I won’t qualify only because I have not entered tracking information for my last shipment. However, Royal Mail does not give a tracking number for a large letter size, 2nd class. I did get a Proof of Postage certificate and I have told the buyer that I have that if it is needed. So it was impossible for me to fulfill this tracking requirement. Please could I still have my Star Seller badge for October (I have earned it!). Regards, Juliet (EmilysWindow).

All orders (item prices before discounts) over £10 must have an etsy label or tracking for star seller.

You must buy a tracked service (signed for, for example) if not using etsy labels, if you want star seller.
