Etsy Always Auto-Replies Emails. No Human Employees on Etsy?

Etsy always sends the same copy-paste email when I need help with anything. Realistic people who study problems don't work on etsy? 5 same automatic replies are given to the e-mails I send 5 times. Even though I explained my problem in a different way 5 times, they always send the same automatic mail. Why is Etsy so reckless?

you could send them an email asking about the weather and you will receive that exact same reply. It is shocking how little Etsy cares about their reputation online

Yes, I have a store on several platforms and they send an e-mail that will solve an e-mail I wrote within 24 hours. Even in the forum here, there are people who write the same things all the time, I doubt even they are robots. Etsy is arguing nonsense, even they don't understand my question.

It just goes to show that those at the top table do not particularly care about customer service which is shocking for such a large company. Customers / sellers made Etsy and can take it away just as quick, you would have thought at least 1 person would be mortified enough to change it? I am already mortified if my parcels are stuck in a back log at Chicago International but would always answer or update my customers

You're totally right, Etsy will always be the loser as long as it continues with these policies. Nobody wants to deal with robots. It has the minimum level of customer service compared to its competitors. They are already robots. After I save my funds, I will continue with my stores on other platforms. Statistically, the probability of etsy sellers to leave is already high, more old sellers are fleeing from here than new sellers. Due to the length of the reserve, shipments will be delayed and customers will be offended by etsy. all kinds of losers etsy.

Don't start a new email with the same question.  This will put you at the bottom of the pile.  Always reply to the original email telling them you still need help.

If your question is a frequent one, you'll get a canned response every time.  Try asking your question here.  The sellers in this forum have up to the minute information and field 99% of Etsy's questions anyway.

Is there a reserve on your shop?

If you create 5 different emails, you will get the same initial response.  You need to keep the thread going and check off "Still Need Help" (or whatever the verbiage is).

If it's about a reserve, the Seller's Handbook has a section on reserves.

If it's about selling here, the Seller's Handbook has sections on what is considered handmade and what can be sold here.

Etsy had about 2500 full time employees at the end of 2021. After considering the number of managers, executives, IT guys, and the boatload of attorneys, there aren't many left to fill slots in the cubicle labeled "help desk". Wikipedia has a very interesting article about Etsy that appears to be written by people not associated with Etsy.

Automated replies are the norm for businesses and many individuals today. It is a way to "look interested", but I wonder if anyone really believes that. To me, a canned or automated response to a request for assistance is just a method to shirk responsibility. In less than a generation, we have become too dependent on computers to do the work we should be doing.

I was shopping in a shoe store (one in which shoes are displayed in the showroom but stored in the back) about 20 years ago, found the style I wanted to buy, approached the clerk/sales person at the counter and asked to see the shoe in my size. Without blinking and with fingers over the keyboard, they told me that style was not available in my size and started asking for personal information. Their response to my question, "If I give you that information will my size magically appear on the shelf?" was a completely blank stare. Anyone want to guess whether or not I bought shoes there that day? Or ever returned to that store? It thrived without me.

I forgot about the subject being reserve. Because I am making a very simple sentence, when etsy finance experts check my orders, they will see that they are traceable, I say, an automatic reply comes, I reply to that mail, I still receive the same mail, I say I still need help, and the same mail is sent to me. Secondly, this is done for problems that are not related to the reserve, that is, not the people who solve the problems, but the computers that send automatic mail, filter words and return. Please be fair to the sellers and they have to help, we make them money.
