Here's the Issue I've been having for quite a few days now.
Order quantity on the left side under Shop manager show 1 more order than my actual orders list.
Also, that extra order I don't see shows overdue on my Dashboard which of course must be affecting my Star Seller status as well.
Anyone else with this problem?
@SweetEdibleStore yeah unfortunately I've got this issue as well. I opened a ticket with support on Saturday, and this is what they told me: "Our engineering partners are currently looking into issue where some Klarna orders are showing successfully processed on their end but not appearing on the Etsy side. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with."
I'd suggest you reach out to support because the more reports they get of a similar behavior, the more motivated they should be to fix it. Sadly they've not responded to me since Saturday, but I've been pushing for an update because the order that isn't showing up says it's supposed to ship tomorrow, and I obviously can't complete it if it isn't showing up

Yes, I did have a customer ordered through Klarna and emailed me but I never got the order.
How do I open a ticket for this issue?
Same issue well over 3 weeks ago with many attempts to communicate this with Etsy through chat and "help" segment. Still there...still shows overdue...not sure at this point?!
@SweetEdibleStore @VinylKountdown @XpressiveMpressions It sounds like you are experiencing the "phantom order" glitch. Within this Thread, Seller dartifactory posted a few other Threads w/contain Sellers having the same problem. It looks like Etsy has not given a definitive answer regarding this.
