Dashboard Revenue Wrong

So I always track my revenue monthly on the dashboard and by the 2nd Aug I had around 350€ revenue and the next day I bad 220€. I sell digital products and no orders have been canceled. The finance tab tells me the correct value but not the dashboard. Also, yesterday I could withdraw 200€+ for my bank already and tonight I checked and I can only do 160€… I’m so confused because no orders have been canceled.

Is this an Etsy bug or am I actually losing money or something?

Re: Dashboard Revenue Wrong

I think it is a bug. My dashboard is missing $600, but my finance payment page is correct.

Re: Dashboard Revenue Wrong

We do not rely on Etsy numbers except to check that the amount they deposit matches what we expect, but on August 1st the page said that our "net profit" for August was 7 times larger than our sales for August. If only we could be that profitable ...

@TimeMachineRecords   Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean by "sales and revenue" but on the browser version of the payment page it does show your "sales" and your "net profit" which is your sales less any deductions like refunds, total fees, marketing, and shipping costs.

Re: Dashboard Revenue Wrong

There has been a problem for a long time with the amount of sales dropping on Dashboard at around 12:00AM eastern time which is 10:00 PM my time. When I log on of a morning it usually has corrected itself. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.  When 1st started happening I talked to Etsy and they didn't know why. Said to send some time and date stamped screen shots and they would try to figure it out. I didn't know how to do that and it always corrects itself.  I watch my payment account very closely and it has always been correct.  There have been other threads on this recently you might read and see if they shed any light on it.

@PotteryUrns   These kind of end of period (in this case month) issues are almost certainly caused by time zone differences. Etsy seems to use UTC internally but some things display in eastern time and some in your time zone.
