I've been a star seller since last August. This year I missed a message on April 30th, and responded on May 3rd, and Etsy included this in my May-July star seller period. So if I would have completely blown off this message (from April) instead of replying late (in May), I'd still be a star seller? Seems like non-sense. I know I'll be fine come September, but it just chaps my ass a little.
No, because you have to reply within 24 hours.
I think she's right. If she had just left it alone, April would have gone out the door. Because she replied in May, it brought it into the mixture for 8-1 (May, June, July).
Pretty sure if she had left it alone, she would have her star in August.
You didn't reply by May 1. That would have been 24 hours, so it counts against you in May.
I'm aware, but they counted it against me for May, even thought the original message was sent to me in April.
@woolenmossWell, they couldn't count it against you in April, because you had until May 1 to reply to it.
End of month always problematic. If nothing else, because the time zone Etsy uses (UTC) is probably different from yours what is end of month to them will differ from what is end of month to you.
