Daily deposit yesterday

I’m curious if anyone else had the problem I had yesterday. I get daily deposits and I was watching it all day yesterday, it usually gets sent to my bank around 2pm. Around that time the scheduled date switched from 8/17 to 8/18, meaning the deposit wasn’t going yesterday after all. I’ve seen that happen before but then it goes to the bank anyway. But yesterday it never got sent. I definitely had over the minimum amount so that wasn’t the problem. Just wondering if anyone saw this before. I’m very disappointed, I needed that money today.

Check the date on file, in billing, for your credit card, if it goes out of date, etsy won't deposit

My deposit date just switched from today to tomorrow. Again! Got it escalated and hope it gets figured out. Again, wondering if this has happened to anyone else this week. Thanks.

@MontclairMade  : Depending on when you updated your card, the earliest you can ever get a requested deposit is "tomorrow".

@MontclairMade yes this is happening to me today and I noticed it happen twice last week. Last week when I noticed the deposit date change listed under "available for deposit" it did end up getting sent to my bank anyways. Hoping my deposit gets sent today for the orders I received yesterday morning. I am on daily deposit schedule, my account has not been placed on reserves, and my card on file is up to date. Also I am well above the minimum amount for deposit and I am a long time seller.

Thanks for your reply! I’ve noticed for months that sometimes the deposit date changes in the hour or so before it starts processing to be deposited but it always ends up getting sent successfully. Until this week. I’m still waiting for a clear reply from Finance Support. I hope it works out for you today.

Etsy did it to my daily deposit today (date changed from Fri to Mon), that's why I'm reaching to the forum.
While I was typing this, I got email that Etsy just released the daily deposit (with a delay). 
I hope yours went through too!

The date always changes before the actual processing has begun. I am on weekly deposits and did not notice this for YEARS as I never checked  that feature unless it is about time for me to get the email that it has been sent and I do not receive the email. I am on weekly, not daily and one week the email was a couple hours late so I noticed. The I started checking just for the heck of it and made a note that this ALWAYS happens.  First the date change and then the deposit starts to process--and even this takes a bit of time. LAst week I happened to be printing labels when it did and some processed  before the money went and some after. Now I need to watch this at  month's end or years  end for bookkeeping purposes.

Gotcha. It seems so weird to me that the date needs to change at all!

If you change any financial details, there is a 5 day hold on deposits.  So, depending on when you updated your credit card, you might have to wait a few more days.  Regarding the date change.  It changes, because once the deposit process starts the day's date is no longer the next deposit.  I didn't think the obvious date change happened any more.  Mine hasn't done it in 1.5 years.  There used to be at least 5 threads about it every Monday and I haven't seen any in over a year and then I've seen a couple on the last couple of weeks.
