Integration - still having issues

I am still having trouble with third party integration.  Particularily with IconEcom & Printify -- those 3rd parties don't seem to be able to be connecting with Etsy propertly.  They are saying things are fine at their end that it is an Etsy problem.

Are there no further solutions?
