DEACTIVATED: Amazon Seller Copied My Images!!!

PLEASE HELP!

A pair of my handmade earrings were deactivated by ETSY for "We’ve removed this listing for not following our Etsy's Creativity Standards".

I used charms and similar to these (another seller, not mine) @ https://www.etsy.com/listing/498941024/4-20-or-50-bulk-sign-language-charms-asl?ga_order=most_releva...

AMAZON seller in Italy copied and pasted my image and description @  https://www.amazon.com/-/es/Pendientes-joyer%C3%ADa-lenguaje-signos-antigua/dp/B074RD5LY7?fbclid=IwY...

I have contacted ETSY support several times and asked that this be reversed, but it has not and I am in need of some FRIENDLY ADVICE!  I have been selling on ETSY for 10 years and this is breaking my heart.

You need to issue DMCA take down notices with the stolen images. It's your responsibility to protect your intellectual property.

Etsy won't reverse their decision until you do, because the offending images are still elsewhere, making you look like a reseller.

Here's info on how to report stolen images on Amazon. When I reported stolen images, Amazon removed them the same day. After you get images removed from Amazon, see if you can submit evidence of those takedowns to Etsy to see if your items can get reinstated. Some sellers have had luck with Etsy putting their items back up, but not all. But first thing to do are the DMCA takedowns with Amazon. Good luck!
