Customers unable to upload photos in messages - error message from Etsy

We've gotten 4 customers today saying that they are not able to upload photos via Etsy messages.  They are all getting a message from Etsy saying it wasn't delivered. 

Anyone else having this issue or hearing feedback from customers?

As a seller, I can not send photos to customers in messages too.(Newest app version)

I use a browser, not the app, and have no problems with it.

Yes, works fine on the browser.  

The Etsy seller app is notoriously faulty and flukey.  I find a laptop and browser to be consistently reliable for running an Etsy shop.  I use the phone app only when I absolutely have to do something essential on the go.  To run the actual daily business, the browser is essential.

Same here.  We use a desktop computer for everything.  I have the app too, but just use it for looking or responding to messages, etc.
