Customers Cannot Purchase

Multiple People have contacted me saying that they attempted to purchase from my shop but etsy would not allow them to complete the purchase.  Does anyone have any knowledge of what may be the issue?  Or has anyone had any issues with people saying they cannot process your listed services from etsy recently?

if they are using the app it is a known issue.  very glitchy.  use the browser on the phone instead.  or computer, laptop etc.  just not the app.

Looks like they are instant downloads so they must use a browser.

hmm.  that can't be right.  Listing also says seller will respond in 24 hours.  I didn't try it.  I didn't want to enter my info.

@WhitesideFineArt  You wwould be better off starting your own thread with details as to your problem.

This is a very old thread, and since then, scammers have been targetting new sellers.

It is impossible to know whether your issue is a technical one, or simply a scam attempt without more details.
