We just heard from one of our customers that they cannot buy our tiles because when they try to check out they keep getting "error occurred". I tried to describe this to the AI chat area and they made no sense at all. Anything else having this problem?
Some other sellers have reported it this week, the "error occurred" message. Orders have come in this week, so it is not affecting all. Maybe ask the customer to try a different browser.
Did they give you the full error?
To start:
I'd have them remove the items from their cart and re-add them.
Make sure they don't have items in their cart from another store they are also trying to purchase.
If they aren't a repeat customer, verify they are in the USA or Canada (since that's where you ship).
Have them try a different browser and/or device.
