Last fall, I had access to Etsy explore for a few days. I made 2 videos, then my button disappeared from my app. Now, I’ve had a Halloween video at the top of my page for over 7 months with no visible way to delete it.I’m in the US using ios so I should have access. I’ve contacted Etsy support 4x and have been told each time that someone “higher up” would contact me. No one has. I’ve had over 15k sales and I know if I could use explore it would help. I have over 90k Instagram followers, mostly because of my reels, but I can’t make any videos on Etsy. So frustrating. I’ve deleted and downloaded the new app multiple times. There just isn’t an explore menu like my friend has on her app. You scroll down and nothing. I’ve read the help articles, they didn’t help. Has anyone else experienced this? I really want that Halloween video off my page.
