Customer order is paid but is not showing up for my print provider to fulfill.

Hello,

I want to take good care of my customer but I'm still new to POD and seem to have an issue with this order going through to my  print provider.

I have had one other order-- same T-Shirt, different customer, with no issues and it's been delivered to the customer.

This order cannot be seen in Printify and I'm wondering if something needs to be done on Etsy's end to push it to Printify?

Printify can't begin to produce my design without knowing the order even exists.

Please advise.

Did you do the mandatory Etsy upgrade - it was required as of July 1st. Here's a link that you can use if you haven't done it.  https://help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4545030473233-Etsy-Integration-Update

Printify says the order will transfer within 2 hours. They say if it hasn't it is a payment issue - like payment pending. It will only go through if payment has cleared.
