Hello. I haven’t sold anything yet. Today a buyer told me that they are unable to purchase any of my listings. They get an error when they try to purchase. Why is this happening and how can I fix? Please help.
You do have 7 sales already. It's possible it's a problem with just that particular buyer.
I was able to proceed to put an item in my cart nothing is grayed out or would have prevented me from purchasing.
