Customer check out problem

Hi everyone, I have a customer that is trying to purchase two items and it's only allowing her to purchase one.  She stated that she is trying to add two bandanas to her cart and it's only allowing one.  Two different listings.  Any ideas on what I can tell her?  Thanks!

Ask her to choose one and  click the Buy It Now button. Then she can choose the other and click Buy It Now.

Hello,

I have had customers try and purchase items between the hours of 7:00pm and 11:00pm and the payment would not go through. Also all stats cease to come through during those hours. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Is it happening to anyone else?

Customer switched from the app to her laptop and it worked from there!
