Customer marked as "Repeat Customer" but first order

Customer marked as "Repeat Customer" but it is their first order. I searched every way possible since only one order is also linked to their account.

UNLESS if buying more than one item at one time is now considered a "Repeat Customer". This wouldn't be accurate. #2683741608

Were the transactions 2 separate Orders at the same time or 2 items in one Order?

I've seen that when a Buyer made two separate orders at the same time.  Clicking on the profile to see previous orders doesn't show anything?

Nothing. I searched by their address, their last name, first name and other random stuff too. Nothing. This is the first time I've ever had this happen.

I had one like that a couple weeks ago. They had the repeat customer star but no pervious orders. Who knows.

Maybe they made their first order as a guest, and then when they joined and came back for more it picked up the guest sale.

I considered this. However, to have this happen they would have had to then claim that first order. Then I'd expect the orders would link or I could find the other one by looking for some random tid-bit of information in their user ID, name, address, etc. Nothing. It is weird.
