Just had a message from a customer that she cant get her order to go through. She has checked with the bank and they have confirmed its on Etsy side?
Trying to contact Etsy through the quick chat. Was told it would be passed on to right support team and now its just gone quiet, no response to the messages I type in the chat.
Just wondered if anyone else having the same issue?
The customer will need to contact Etsy support themselves. They will need to provide more details regarding the nature of the problem including step by step description.
Could also try removing any other items from the basket first.
Interestingly my UK orders have really declined in the last few weeks - it does make me wonder if there is a technical issue. I have not had any contact from customers though.
